In order to ensure the quality of our products, we have carefully checked up
each product before shipping to you. Please carefully check up the
PACKAGE and PRODUCT before the freight carrier leaves.
For bicycles, FORK, DERAILLEUR, and WHEELS are the parts which would be easily damaged in shipping. Please pay more attention in these parts when you receive the bike.
Since all products are shipped by the third party (FedEx, UPS,
or USPS), we guarantee that all products will be in perfect
condition when leaving our warehouse but please understand that
we couldn't guarantee scratch-free in shipping. Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier and noted on the freight bill
BEFORE THE FREIGHT CARRIER LEAVES and contact us immediately within
72 hours.
If the damage has been noted on the freight bill, we will
contact the freight carrier and send the replacement part to
you.

If any damage is found AFTER the freight carrier leaves and has
NOT been noted on the freight bill, the damaged part must be returned for replacement, and the shipping fee is on purchaser's cost. Please email the detail symptoms and pictures of the damaged part to our RMA Dep. (rma@bikebuyers.com) within
72 hours, and we will contact the manufacturer for you and send you the instructions for returning the damaged part. Please do not return Items to us without receiving instructions.

Assembly |

Most of the major parts such as frame,
fork, crank, suspension, derailleur, freewheel, and rear wheel have been pre-assembled before shipping but partial assembly and
some adjustments of the fenders, fender brackets, saddle, handle
bar, hand brakes, gears, and wheels will still be required. The
adjustments are required during assembly. The manufacturer's
warranty will not replace any part which can be adjusted to make
it work properly.

The tension of spokes may may changed during shipping. If wheels
are wobbly, truing wheel may be required. The adjustment is
considered as a part of assembly and not covered by the
warranty.

For the safety reason, the manufacturer and us are not able to provide any assistance with assembly/adjustment or any help with the instruction manual, and the manufacturer and us are not responsible for damages incurred because of improper assembly,
adjustment, or installation. Therefore, we recommend you to contact your local bicycle shop for assembly
and adjustment assistance.
Please note that the
manufacturer and us will not cover the labor or any related
cost.

Returned Merchandise Policy |

We have the most straightforward return policy possible: If you
don't like any unopened / unused merchandise(s) for
any reason, simply return it within 30 days
from receiving day.
The merchandise(s) must be returned and delivered to our
warehouse within 30 days
from receiving day.
If you don't like any opened / used merchandise(s) for
any reason, simply return it within 10 days
from receiving day.
The merchandise(s) must be returned and delivered to our
warehouse within 10 days
from receiving day.

All
unopened / unused
merchandises are non-refundable within 30 days
from receiving day.

All
opened / used merchandises
are non-refundable within
10 days from receiving day.

We do not provide return shipping label or
box for any returned merchandise(s). Any shipping and packing
expenses incurred while returning the merchandise(s) is on
buyer's cost.

Our return policy for bikes does not
cover minor scratches found on the frame or any part of the bike.
Every possible effort is made to ship you a defective free bike.
Only 2-3 % bikes shipped in the past have been found with any
scratches that have occurred during shipping. We have the sole right
to accept or reject such claims.

Permission for any return merchandise(s) must be secured from our return
department. For questions about returning merchandise please e-mail our RMA Dep. (rma@bikebuyers.com) to submit
a request of RMA number.

The returned merchandise(s) must be in
like new condition, no scratch, with
original packaging
and literature. Any damage or missing part will be deducted in the refund. We'll send you a refund,
less shipping/handling charges or labor fees. The original shipping and handling fee of
the free shipping items will be deduct in the refund.

Any return of merchandise(s) when authorized will incur a
re-stocking fee.
The percentages of restocking fees are as following:

Unopened / unused items
purchased at
will call center and returned within

3% Restocking fee of the original price (No restocking
fee if it's paid with cash) but we will charge additional 1% late fee for each
day if the item is returned after
10 days
from receiving day.

10% Restocking fee of the original
price but we will charge additional 1% late fee for each
day if the item is returned after

Opened / used items

40% Restocking fee of the
original price. We will charge additional 1% late fee for each
day if the item is returned after
10 days.

Returned packages without a Return Authorization Number
written on the box will be rejected.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise is
not in the original / like-new condition
or without a receipt.

Changing the payment method after sale is considered as a refund
so the standard return policy and restocking fee will be
applied.

Return the item to the address given to you by our RMA
department.

Write the RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization
Number) on the box.

Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the
event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via FedEx, UPS,
or U.S. Postal
Service (U.S.P.S.).

A value of over $100.00 should be insured.
We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our
return department.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we
have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund
in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to
21 business days of our receiving your return. Please note that
shipping charges are not
refundable.

If you find an item at a competitor's web site
or printed ad that is priced lower than it is at our web site, we will
match the price. Please email our Sales Dept. (sales@bikebuyers.com)
for a customized invoice. If you already made the purchase, no problem.
Within 7 days of purchase, email us the
link of the item on competitor's web site. We will reimburse the savings to
you.***
In-store purchases:
If you find an item (located
in Southern California) at a competitor's web site or printed ad
that is priced lower than it is at our store, show it to our sales
rep. at the will call center. We will match the price. If you
already made the purchase, no problem. Within 7 days of purchase,
bring in your invoice and the competitor's current printed ad, We
will reimburse the savings to you.***
*** The product must be the identical item and with the same sale
terms (including the sales tax and S&H fee) and warranty policy. If a
competitor is out of stock of the particular item, we will not match
the competitor's price. Items sold on eBay are not included.

The manufacturer's warranty is provided
by the manufacturer of each product.

One year
against frame failure of
bicycles (corrosion is not covered).

Six months against parts failure
(corrosion is not covered). The manufacturer will replace any parts fails
during warranty period.

Flat tires without
physical damages must be reported in 72
hours after the package is delivered in order to be covered by the
warranty.

Unless otherwise provided, the sole
remedy under the above warranty or any implied warranty is limited to
the replacement of defective parts with those of equal or greater
value at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. You will be
responsible for labor and both way shipping costs associated with warranty
replacements.

Known liability insurance arranged by
manufacturers.

Limitation of Liability: IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES META
CORP.(BIKEBUYERS.COM) 'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE

Any damage to the threads of pedals, cranks,
stem, seat, seat post clamp, and wheel axle.

Water damage.

Flat tires/inner tubes with physical
damages.

Missing nuts or bolts unless it's
reported in 72 hours after the package is delivered.

Gear, brake, and wheel adjustment. Adjustment
is considered as a part of assembly.

Wheel/rim alignment.
The tension of spokes may be changed during shipping but it's
normal.

Any alteration made or aftermarket part installed on bike by
customer.

Wear and tear to bike, tire, brake,
grip, and saddle.

Damage as a result of any bike
accident.

Corrosion on the frame and components made of
steel or aluminum alloy.

The manufacturer does not warranty the
physical damages from use, misuse, crashing, racing, jumping,
stunt riding, improper maintenance, neglect etc.

Because we charge flat shipping rate, we
will pay the 8.75%
sales tax for mail orders shipped to any address in California.

We only accept credit card through PayPal or Postal Money
Order only.

Each bicycle will be shipped within 2
working days via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground (depends on different models) at a flat rate upon
receipt of certified funds. The $10.00 handling fee is included. The shipping cost listed is for the
contiguous 48 United States only and is NOT refundable.
Normally, it would take approx. 2~5 business days of delivery.

We only ship to the address which can
be confirmed by your credit card company. If the shipping address is
different from the billing address, you may send us a Postal Money
Order instead of paying us through PayPal.

We do not ship parts and accessories to APO, FPO, P.O.
BOX or non US address.

We do not ship bikes to APO, FPO, P.O. BOX

No combined shipping.

If you ordered two or more items, you
may receive them in multiple boxes on different days.
